Unwind — Slow down and soften. This retreat invites you to tend your nervous system with care using breath, intuitive movement, energy alchemy, and somatic practices. Release stress and tension held deep in the tissues. Move at your own pace. Listen to your body. Let each breath be a return to safety, presence, and truth.
Restore — Through embodied rest and supported stillness, you’ll explore the pleasure of simply being. Presence becomes a sacred act — a way to replenish your energy, reconnect to your inner knowing, and feel yourself whole again. Here, healing isn’t forced — it’s felt in small and steady ways. The invitation is to attune to your own rhythm and desire, meeting yourself with softness and respect.
Retreat — Winter offers a rare and necessary invitation to turn inward. This is a space to honor that pull. In the quiet of the season, you’ll be guided to explore your inner landscape through body, breath, sensation, feeling, and all that is alive in the moment. Through spaciousness and reflection, you’ll come home to yourself.

"Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes… including you."
