I am honoured to teach YOGA and am passionate about the benefit it brings to our lives

The way I teach has evolved over many years and I now have my own style that is intuitive, soulful and deeply respectful of each individual.

We encorporate breath and movement, flowing sequences, flexibility and strength.  I love creating sacred pace for people to show up as they are. Asking themselves the question..”what do I need from this time”. I always encourage people to connect with the world within …creating a space in which they can listen to their inner voice and let the noisy chatter subside. This is where we receive our inspiration, our creative epiphanies….and guidance for our lives.

Prenatal Yoga – Which I’ve been teaching for 12 years and LOVE! I bring all of my doula and birth education experience to these classes and love weaving birth support through each practice. More details on these classes below.

Mums and Bubs Yoga – A loving and joful space for mothers to connect with their babes and take the time to connect with themselves again. Its a very relaxed space and we are guided by the little ones…learning to go with the flow. This is a great stretch for Mama’s and helps to relieve the tension that can build from hours of breast feeding and limited sleep. The post birth period is a time of healing for the Mother and yoga along with this sacred space helps that process enormously. sometimes all we need is to be around others who understand.

My prenatal yoga classes are taught from a place of deep knowing, love & complete respect for the women who arrive on the mat. They are much more than a series of yoga moves…they are filled with birth support and sacred guidance. These classes are suitable for all stages of pregnancy and all levels of experience or no experience.

After 12 years of teaching pregnant mama’s, going through my own birth experience & working as a doula and birth educator, I bring together practical tools and sacred insights to help mothers feel prepared for all ways of birth, and equipped to create a positive birthing experience.

During each class women are encouraged to practice in a way that is most helpful for them. Mothers develop their connection with their inner guidance and intuition, which creates trust, focus & the deep surrender that is necessary to move through any birthing experience.

Yoga has changed my life in so many ways and sharing it with other women and mothers is truly my love.

When you join my class, I always encourage you to practice according to how you feel, with the intention to serve yourself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

You will leave my classes feeling a deep connection to your inner world, trusting in life, relaxed in your body & mind, and lovingly nourished.

I currently teach weekly classes at my studio, ‘The LifePod’ located in Paddington within AriaPilates at Suite 4, 30-38 Victoria St Paddington. I also teach in Double Bay on Saturdays at The Bay Room, 45 Bay St.

I offer 3 weekly Pre-natal classes, 1 Mums and Bubs class and 2 General Hatha Flow classes.

I also offer private sessions.
