I have created this short and sweet experience as a way to offer you more consistent support through your pregnancy. After many years of supporting pregnant Mama’s I know that one of the things that is so deeply helpful is having simple practices and luscious ways to enhance SAFETY, release stress and tension, and come home to your innate inner knowing.

 

These 4 weeks will feel like you have your own DOULA walking with you / it will feel like a comfy place to land each day (or simply once a week) here you can relax, UNRAVEL…release tension, fears, worries.  You will open into your own knowing, your own power and pleasure & VISION for your birth and beyond.

Each week, for 4 weeks, you will receive deeply nourishing ~ SIMPLE ~ practices into your inbox. You are able to engage with the content in your own time and in your own way.

The Details: Mother Becoming 4 week Virtual Prenatal Yoga / Birth Wisdom / Meditation Series

  • We begin May 26th & finish June 16th.

 

  • Each Wednesday for 4 weeks you’ll receive 2 links:
    – A breathing / regulating practice, along with birth support and your YOGA sequence.- The 2nd link will be to a soundcloud recording of your Meditation for that week. (these practices are short and sweet and ‘doable’ in your life. They will support you in your everyday life as a pregnant Mama, during your birth and postpartum.

 

  • You will have access to the content for a week and once the new week drops into your inbox the previous links will expire.
    This is not done because I don’t want you to have it all, but it helps us to engage in the practices week to week and then move on to the next.
    PLUS –  2 x LIVE 30 min ‘Mother Becoming Circles’ via zoom.
    One between week 2 and 3 and another at the end of the 4 weeks.
    This gives us a chance to be together, you can ask any questions, share your experiences, receive guidance & birth support, or simply listen and receive.
    We’ll practice a short but incredibly impactful meditation that I want to teach you live.
    To join these you’ll RSVP and if you’d prefer not to join that is perfect too.

 

  • The 4 weeks is $100 OR you can use an active yoga pass and book in your self to each class. If you choose the latter you must book into all 4 classes upfront.  No class can be cancelled through the system.
