As women and mothers we generally give and DO a lot! We have in many ways been programmed to find our worth and value in how much we ‘get done’ or achieve. We’ve allowed others to dictate our worth and have found ourselves trapped in internal policing and comparison.

For the most part this has led to critical overwhelm, constant busy and a debilitating disconnection from our natural CYCLIC way of being.

We have exchanged our own desires for the needs of others…from family, to children, to work projects and even community events.

The truth is…we cannot help anyone (long term) unless we are first full and well. It’s time we changed these old patterns that have taught us that it’s ‘selfish’ to care for ourselves or that self care is a luxury that comes in the form of something we pay for, like a facial or a massage.

That kind of ‘self care’ is lovely, but its VERY short lasting.

What we need is FULFILLMENT that is cultivated from within.

A simple practice of mindfulness meditation that can be weaved into your everyday life. One that is designed for Mothers. One that embodies & deeply considers your cyclic nature.

This 8 week course is designed to serve you as a woman.

This experience will help you meet the demands of your life with more ease and flow. It will help you know yourself deeply. It will teach you how to tune in to your body wisdom and trust yourself. It will help you remember how to put yourself first.

I teach this…because I know first hand what it’s like to be a woman and mother who NEEDS this in her life.

Mindfulness Meditation practiced according to your own needs as a woman will change your life. You absolutely deserve to learn this tremendously impactful knowledge.

How does the course work?

We begin with a Welcome call on Monday August 24th. A sacred and welcoming space will be created for our time together over the 8 weeks.

You’ll then receive a video recording taking you through the first part of our practice.

You’ll be able to watch this at your own leisure.

We’ll then have a ‘live’ mentoring call each Thursday evening where we will practice together, and have a Q&A.

Each week will follow like this for the 8 weeks.

Monday’s you receive a video recording of the next installment of the practice, and on Thursday evenings we have a ‘live’ session via zoom where we practice together and have our Q&A.

This is a gentle way of developing a practice that will support you ongoing for years to come.

WE begin on August 24th 2020. Places are very limited as I want to hold this sacred space for a small group of women only.
